Jennifer Payeur

Founder and Visionary
Jennifer grew up in Dayton, Ohio as a fearless, nature-loving tomboy. She played every sport she had access to and excelled as a natural leader. She continued playing competitive volleyball and soccer into her 40’s because she loved the excitement, comradery and tenacity required to play.
She studied finance in college and worked in financial services, holding various leadership roles in Operations, Quality and Productivity, Change Management, Finance, and Technology. She was a top performer in her roles and maximized her super power of staffing high performance teams and delivering extraordinary results.
In 2004, Jennifer began shifting her focus inward on personal transformation. She pursued many holistic modalities, including Barbara Brennan energy healing, master gardening, medicinal aromatherapy, yoga and a ministry of the walking prayer, all while continuing her work in corporate. Being diagnosed with cancer in 2015 brought her the gift of deeply reconnecting with herself and nature. She re-discovered the healing power of plants and integrated the many modalities that she learned with her study of plants. In 2017, she left her 29 year career in financial services to become a teacher and mentor, traveling around the world to educate others on the inherent healing properties found in nature.
In 2019, Jennifer started Nature Provides, whose mission is to transform health and well-being through organic plant-based herbs and essential oils. She believes that by collaborating with nature, we can create a healthy thriving world and a sustainable earth.

CEO
Accomplished and dynamic business leader with 33+ years of corporate experience in key leadership positions in financial services (big banks and consulting) and consumer products (home improvement, consumer electronics, sales, manufacturing). Experience across a broad range of industries and organizational/strategic challenges including business transformation efforts, improvement projects, operations, business strategy, Risk, Regulatory, Compliance, and leadership of large and small performing teams.
Jessica Roy
Health Advocate
Jessica Roy is a healer and Health Advocate whose approach to wellness has been deeply shaped by years of mentorship, training, and continued guidance from Jennifer O’Brien Payeur, founder of Nature Provides.
Jessica’s journey with Jenn began in 2021, when she spent a year studying energy healing under her mentorship. That experience transformed the way Jessica understood the body and healing—not simply as a physical process, but as an interconnected relationship between the physical, emotional, energetic, and environmental aspects of our lives.
After completing that year of training, Jessica and Jenn remained closely connected, and Jessica continued learning from Jenn and incorporating her teachings into her own healing work. That relationship eventually led Jessica more deeply into Jenn’s work with concentrated plant stem cells and the Nature Provides approach to supporting the body.
In April 2026, Jessica officially joined Nature Provides as a Health Advocate and completed the Nature Provides Practitioner Training in May. She continues to work closely with Jenn, receiving her guidance and mentorship as she supports clients with personalized plant stem cell recommendations and muscle testing.
Today, as Jenn has stepped away from individual consultations, Jessica helps carry this work forward. Her goal is to provide clients with a trusted connection to the philosophy and approach Jenn has developed—combining the Nature Provides protocols and resources with individualized support, muscle testing, and the ongoing guidance she receives from Jenn.
Jessica’s own approach also reflects her background as an energy healer, artist, and interior designer. She believes healing extends beyond the physical body and that our emotional lives, energetic patterns, surroundings, and connection with the natural world can all play meaningful roles in our well-being.
Above all, Jessica wants clients to feel that they have someone they can turn to—someone who will listen, help them make sense of the many options available, and guide them through the Nature Provides approach in a thoughtful, personalized way.
